Unrestricted Funds
Foundation Fund income may be granted in the areas of the greatest community need from year to year as determined by the Board. A portion of the income may also be designated by the Board for operations of the Foundation as the need arises. We keep good control of the money that goes out and in as well thanks the use paystub generator for business.
Ford Motor Company Fund shall pay recognition to the many Ford retirees who live in Baraga County and the strong identification Ford has with the area. However, the Fund is unrestricted and the primary purpose is to be utilized in the area of greatest need as determined by the BCCF Board of Trustees.
Keweenaw Financial Corporation Fund income may be granted in the areas of the greatest need from year to year as determined by the BCCF Board of Trustees.
Keweenaw Bay Indian Community Fund earnings may be granted in the areas of the greatest need from year to year as determined by the BCCF Board of Trustees.
Field-of-Interest Funds
Cultural Arts Fund income is to support programs and projects relating to the understanding and appreciation of the cultural arts. These might include concerts, events or educational programs.
Education Fund income is to support educational programs and projects in Baraga County.
Health & Human Services / Senior Care Fund income is to be granted to programs dedicated to providing health and welfare services to area residents. Examples of such programs might include domestic abuse programs, physical and mental health agencies or food providers.
Resource Conservation, Preservation Fund income is to be granted to programs designed to protect and preserve our local natural resources.
Baraga County Soil & Water Fund income supports the Resource Conservation, Preservation and Beautification Endowment.
Youth Endowment Fund is in support of the development of youth activities or programs in the area.
Baraga County Memorial Hospital Community Health Fund income to be granted to programs dedicated to providing health and human services to Baraga County with the emphasis on education of health-related programs.
Keweenaw Bay Indian Community Fund income to be distributed for Health and Human Services related programs.
L’Anse Masonic Lodge Fund income to be distributed in Community Development, Education, Cultural Arts, Health and Human Services, or Resource Conservation, as the Foundation Board may determine.
Community Development Fund income is for general development within local communities. This may take the form of economic development, structural development, community image development, etc.
L’Anse Lions Club Fund income is to be distributed in the following fields of interest: Education, Community Development, Health and Human Services as the BCCF Board of Trustees may determine.
Kiwanis Marvin Hanson Youth Fund income is to be granted for development of youth activities or programs in the area.
Robert & Gladys Selkey Family Memorial Youth Fund income is to be granted for development of youth activities or programs in the area.
Donald Menard Youth Fund income is to be granted for immediate needs necessary for the maintenance of the health and well being of youth individuals (or a youth individual) not covered by other services/agencies and beyond the personal financial means of youth and/or their families.
Ojibwa Community College income is to support and enhance the Ojibwa Community College in support of student scholarships, educational equipment, and programs.

Keweenaw Bay Indian Community Operating Fund Established to support the Foundation’s operating expenses
Baraga County Extended Care Corporation Endowment Established to support the Baraga County Extended Care Corporation
Dr. Louis & Ann Guy Bayside Village Named Resident Room Fund Established to support the perpetual upkeep of the sponsored named resident’s rooms of the Dr. Louis and Anne Guy Bayside Village
L’Anse Area Schools Educational Endowment Fund Established to enhance educational opportunities for the L’Anse Area School District or its successor school district
L’Anse Area Schools Classroom Enrichment Endowment Established to enhance educational opportunities for the L’Anse Area School District or its successor school district (i.e. classroom projects, computer software, classroom equipment)
Baraga County Shelter Home Fund Established to support the Baraga County Shelter Home on behalf of victims of domestic violence and their children; its earnings are used in support of its operation, special programs, and equipment
Baraga County 4-H Endowment Fund Supports Baraga County 4-H programs
